- I understand that teleconsultations may lack the comprehensiveness of in-person clinical examinations.
- I have the right to refuse or terminate services at any time without affecting my right to future care.
- I consent to the recording of audio and video calls and the secure storage of medical records.
- I acknowledge that I can review service fees within the app before making a payment and that fees may vary based on the consultation duration.
- I understand that technical issues may impact the service, and I commit to notifying the healthcare provider of any technical problems during the consultation.
3. Responsibilities and Obligations
User Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultations.
- Respect healthcare providers and follow the medical advice provided.
"Nifas" Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality medical services through certified healthcare professionals.
- Protect user data in compliance with the Privacy Policy and Saudi laws.
