What payment methods are accepted?
Nifas accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards and other digital payment options. All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your financial information.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting customer service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be counted as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
Is my personal and medical data secure?
Yes, Nifas is committed to protecting your data with strict security measures including HTTPS encryption, password hashing, and secure session management. We comply fully with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Are consultations recorded?
Yes, audio and video consultations are recorded for documentation purposes as required by Saudi healthcare regulations. Video recordings are retained for 24 hours, while audio recordings are kept for 5 years for medical documentation.

How does the work arrangement work for providers?
Healthcare providers work on a part-time basis with Nifas. You can set your own availability schedule within the app, with a minimum of 2 hours per week at times that don't conflict with your regular work hours.
How do I set my availability?
You can set your available consultation times directly within the Nifas provider app. Simply select the days and hours when you're available to receive consultation requests, with a minimum of 2 hours per week.
How much will I earn per consultation?
Healthcare providers receive 60% of the full consultation fee. The consultation price is determined based on your classification level as certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
How long is each consultation session?
Each consultation session is 15 minutes. This allows for focused, efficient medical consultations while serving more patients throughout your available time slots.
When and how do I receive payment?
Payments are processed regularly according to the agreed payment schedule. You can track your earnings and payment history through the provider dashboard in the app.
Can I provide both remote consultations and home visits?
Yes, depending on your specialty and preferences, you can offer remote consultations via the app and/or participate in home healthcare visit services. You can specify your service offerings during registration.
